That would be a well paced die gouge. Different from a die chip.
They are not "common" any more than any other single die, but since I do not believe they are a true doubled die, I wouldn't pay a premium for them.
added: After reading the description on the website I realized that it incorrectly refers to the area as a die-chip. I have changed the wording - there is no way this is a die chip. It is a die gouge.
