Please Help Me Identify Text On A Belgium Coin.

Hi,

I have a Belgium coin that I would like to put on my site. I have identified it as a Belgium KM# 153.1 25 CENTIMES. I know its a very common coin with little value but I want to display it anyway.

I like to include the text written on the coin with its description. There is some text on the reverse side below the large B. It looks like T. L. MAILI + two symbols.

Does someone know what is written below the B? I would appreciate the help.

The official description of this coin:
Obverse: Royal monogram B (initial of king Bauduin)under a king's crown with the date on both sides of the monogram. Below the monogram there is the name of the designer: RAF MAILLEUX.
Reverse: Denomination 25 C, on the left mintmaster Vogeleer's privy mark: a bird (vogel in Dutch), on the right the Brussels mintmark, a helmeted head of the Archangel Michael. Above the country name in Dutch or French.
