Are rotated axis coins common? I found this 1962 today in a roll. The scan of the obverse is the actual degree of shift from the reverse which was straight edged on both the x and y axis and leveled.

A minor die axis rotation such as yours is not all that uncommon. Once you start getting into a rotation of 35 degrees and higher is when people start talking collect ability and premium values. I still keep some of the rotated dies that are fairly minor if they have eye appeal to me. Thank you for sharing.
