1833 Half Dime Not Listed In Cherrypickers (My Bible)

Here is another coin that I couldn't locate in the CherryPickers Guide... I submitted it to SEGS because their advertisement in Cherrypickers states, for a small fee they can RESEARCH the coin and place the Variety on the holder... I received this with the notation that it is a "LM-4.1/V-3" variety - doubled "o/o-of"...
Would this type of variety have any premium over a non-variety?
