Oh man, that's nice!! That's all of a MS64 and could be a MS64+....She's a beauty, they don't get much nicer!

Very nice detail, but there are a lot of bag marks. I would give it a grade of MS-63.

I'd do that one instantly for 63 money. Strong coin for an NTC holder.

^^ agreed you rarely find nice coins in NTC holders at all, regardless of grade.
