i found these tokens in a coin lot I purchased lately and I know nothing about so if you may help me with any info about what are these and what were they used for and their value.
#2 is a giveaway promotional medal from the Shell oil company. You know, a "buy $20 worth of petrol and get a free coin, collect the whole set" kind of thing.
#3 is an Italian telephone token, as per pls's link. (I was aware of the digit-code = year and month of issue, but was unaware of the mintmarks). One thing that the site linked to doesn't mention is the face value of the token. Originally sold at 50 lire, the price went up to 100 lire then 200 lire. I have heard that towards the end of their period of use they were often accepted in stores in Italy as an unofficial 200 lire coin.

Thank you for the info Sap ....... but have you noticed that my telephone token has no mintmark? is this normal as according to the pls's link there should be a mintmark!
Yes, that's normal. If you click on "known date-mintmark combinations" at the bottom of that page, you'll see that for the date-code 7003 (March 1970) the only known mintmark option is "none".
