Hello everyone! Just thought I would share an ebay story. So I was interested in buying this coin. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...TRK:MEDWX:IT

My offer was not accepted. Someone else bought it for the $180. Now look what I found! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...TRK:MEWAX:IT

The auction doesn't have any reserve on it. Are we supposed to believe that he wont bid his own auction up over the $180 he paid for the coin?

I know I'm new at all this, and I'm sure it happens all the time. But dang man! Truth is I can't find another coin like that for less than 500 bucks on vcoins! I'm not going to be able to buy the coin for $180+ right now so maybe one of you fine people will be able to snatch it up cheap.

Report the second auction, to both ebay and to the original seller. The second seller appears to have stolen the pics ( ebay violation) and cut-and-pasted from the original seller's listing (that's just plain rude).

Hey Sap!

Rude is right! I just got done contacting ebay and the original seller. Hope ebay does something about it. Not sure what they could do, but one can hope something is done.

The more time I spend on Ebay(fakes) and Vcoins(high prices) I have to wonder if there is any safe reasonable place to buy coins online?
