johnson1488 Valued Member 75 Posts	Posted 03/17/2011 7:53 pm OK, So what exactly is CAC? I know they are the Certified Acceptance Organization. However, what exactly does a "CAC" Sticker mean? I have seen this numerous times. Can you send your coins to them like PCGS or NGC? Report this Post to the Staff

However, when you have a coin that increases thousands of dollars for a one point grade bump, a CAC sticker can separate that coin from the rest at the same grade and result in a higher realized price.
