1839-O Seated Dime "huge O" Variety

I don''t know about a "huge O" variety, only the "reverse of 1838-O" variety which was made with rusty dies causing a bumpy surface on the reverse. Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 10/03/2006 8:03 pm Bryan The O's have the same variation as the oval O and round O mint Morgans,, with almost exactly the same characteristics,, one the normal O is narrow and tall, the more rare, large O variety has a shorter round O . This die variety goes for between 25 and 750 with the Grey sheet normal coin between 18-900. Nice find. Bryan Report this Post to the Staff
