That's GREAT Adam! Let us know which class or classes and which week you pick. From my experience out there in the past I can tell you it will be a fantastic experience and you will learn a lot.

Yes! Congrats! I worked there as one of the interns last year and it was amazing! Too bad I can't go this year again because of work...
Get to know Andrew Keene, TJ Barbaree, Carl Becker! Andrew is a currency wiz kid, and TJ and Carl do a lot of American. It'll be the best two weeks of your life - talking like a complete coin nerd with kids your age and not feeling weird! :P
You should bring some coins to show the other kids - I remember last year TJ, Carl and I talked late into the night about the stories behind some of our collections.

thanks again guys! it makes it that much better knowing that you guys are supporting me! pyrbob: I was emailed before I got the acceptance letter asking which classes I would like. I chose Intermediate Grading of United States coins, The modern minting process:errors and varieties, and Collecting United States type coins wd1040: I will try my hardest to meet those people, and hopefully make a friend. thanks! |

Congratulations Adam! You will definitely enjoy Colorado Springs, the ANA museum is amazing and you will see nothing like it outside of the Smithsonian. The seminar classes can be intensive but you will learn about numismatics like you have never learned before  |
