1951-D LWC, Die Chip And Something Else With Date

Just found another issue with an LWC. This time the Die Chip in the MM and something going on with the bottom of the Numbers in the date. They seem to be drooping down? also the 1 seems to be somewhat doubled? (or just deterioration)

The one is damaged/contact mark and you are correct there is a die chip between the tail of the 5 and the mint mark.
