I want to say this is just a worn coin, however I can't say with certainty. Either my eye sight is going or the pictures you provided have a slight blur on the top. If possible could you provide pictures with a focus on the "In God We Trust", "E Pluribus Unum" and the date. From what I understand the main points of determining if the coin is a weak D or not are these 3 area's.

Scotty11, if you can see the D, it's not the "Weak D." You're going to have to really struggle to see what these, um, "experts," are wanting to call that. We've got five 1922-Ds, and a few of those are "weaker" than this one, and none of them are the "Weak D."

Is that a find, BTW? If it is, that's a heck of one.

Not a weak D, you can barely make out the D on a weak D. This coin is a typical 22-D, but a GREAT find!

Just so others know, the MM is a low part of the design. It's not really going to show wear until the whole coin is AG or less, at which point the coin will be almost FR or P and you'll also have a tough time seeing the date. Whenever the MM is weak, it's because the coin was struck that way, not from wear.

G-4, looks like it may have been cleaned a long time ago.

That's a good point, and one I observed on ours. Basically, the date will wear down to next to nothing before the mint mark wears down.
