I have an FDR unc $5 commemorative I had purchased from the mint back in 97. It's still encapsulated and in it's original case but the COA and any outer boxing has been lost to time. If I was to try to sell Should I get it graded by PCGS first?

Generally speaking modern gold commems are not worth grading but the FDR UNC piece was a very low mintage that might be worth a shot if it were an ultra-high grade piece. Does it look perfect to you at 5X magnification?
