Got this at a garage sale up the street. It measures about 2 1/2"x1 1/2". From what I can find out, these and many other coin designs were commisioned by Mort Reed in '79. Apparently they're made of nickel. I wonder, why the serial# on the backside? Or, does someone know if it's a stock #?
