Another one for the roll.I recently sold some silver and a nice classic head half eagle, and am putting the money into "junk" half eagles for my roll. They will mostly be libs, but any genuine indian certified I can pick up for under $400, I will try to do(if I had the money) This was in an ANACS problem slab. Hoping to have the roll done within 10 years or so...lol.

AU-53 details, better detail than the other one, but also more wear since its a strong strike.

When you can find these near melt it's hard to go wrong. Even if it's polished it still has very nice details and eye appeal for your roll. :)

Thanks for the input. Yeah, this was in an ANACS AU detail slab for cleaning. The cleaning is VERY obvious on this one, with a shiny almost "polished" look and various patches of tight knit parallel hairlines. Definitely a coin for the roll, and I briefly considered it as a pocket piece for a while.
