Sorry for the lack of a picture. I have the coin nailed down: Emperor Valens.
Obverse reads D N VALEN-S P F AVG with his diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right. The reverse reads GLORIA RO-MANORVM, with Victory advancing right dragging a captive behind while holding a labarum with the Chi-Ro on it. The mintmark is SMAQS (Aquileia).
The right field should be either blank or containing a wreath, as per WildWinds, but this has a B over a dot there instead. Can anyone find a matching example and tell me the RIC number that goes with it? Thanks!
