The Carson City Mint opened in 1870. How? Is that coin fake or it's real?

SERIOUSLY?! WOW - the crap on ebay! No, it's not real and the seller should be reported.

You have answered your own question, a poor imitation if you cannot copy an existing coin. The first Carson Dollar minted by the US was in 1870.

The link to the coins' listing does not go to ebay but to some other web site. You still have to be very careful if you're going to bid on any coin on ebay and always check the seller's feedback comments to get a feel for the seller BEFORE you place your bid.
Rest in Peace

It's not ebay, just a crappy knockoff site. Reporting them would do no good, the site appears to be nothing but fakes. They can't even manage to keep the site working:

Sorry, you can't buy this product now, due to system limit. Please try to use this site later. Thanks.

t0rress--

These fakes, probably made in China, are sold at bargain prices hoping someone like you, who is not familiar with US coins, will buy them.

The number of threads pouring in about fake coins (compared to 3-4 years ago) is just another reminder of the increasing prevalence of fakes, unfortunately.
