I have a $5 1934 with a real light green stamp. It is marked St.Louis Missouri. Also have a 1928 with a red stamp. Can you please tell what this means if anything?

The light green one is a federal reserve note, the red seal is a US note. Both probably carry a premium over face value, depending on condition etc.
