OK. I reached in the bag of world coins and pulled out another one that's a mystery to me.

This one looks like it might be British? Or some British colony or protectorate.

The obverse shows a bust, presumably of King George V, along with some latin text "Georgivs V D.G. Britt:OMN:Rex F. D. Ind: Imp:" I think I got the punctuation right. What's with all the colons?

It bears the date "1916" on the reverse, along with a big number "3" under a crown.

This coin appears to be toned silver, with ablum toning (darker at the edges).

Obverse side:
World-Coin-Whatizit----George-V?,-1916 World-Coin-Whatizit----George-V?,-1916

Reverse side:
World-Coin-Whatizit----George-V?,-1916 World-Coin-Whatizit----George-V?,-1916

Does anyone have any clues for me about this one?

This coin is a bit smaller than a US Dime. The photos show a ruler (scaled in inches) and a Roosevelt dime to allow everyone to see the size and scale of this coin. Weight is about 1.4 grams on my digital scale.
Rest in Peace

Great Britain, 3 pence, KM #813, silver and worth $2-3 dollars, depending on grade.

Thanks. That's exactly what it is.

I have no idea on grading world coins. This one is toned a bit dark on the obverse, and not so high in "eye appeal." Still, all the text is present, and the edges aren't horribly worn.

I might list it somewhere for $2.99 and see if I get any bites.
