Im pretty sure this is the 1977 queens jubilee coin 1/2 ounce gold but can anyone here confirm that for me? I dont have a back shot. does it look fake at all to anyone? Report this Post to the Staff

It was given to me by my parents when I was getting heavy into coin collecting. They paid $140 for it. Then, they bought the 22K 1978 gold coin for $180. Then gold went ballistic... If memory serves, I sold both of them in 1980 for melt close to $900 for the pair. I came close to buying the coin back for $220 4-5 years ago. Back then this proof coin did not come encapsulated so it will be difficult to find one in perfect condition today. Report this Post to the Staff
