I think when they say circulated, they meant "business strike." Although it does have some proof like qualities. Report this Post to the Staff

It's impossible to tell from those overexposed pictures and it would be questionable even if they were good pictures. I maintain that is is not possible to tell if a coin is MS or AU from pictures.
