Has anyone seen a miss print like this? Bill is EF/AU Any idea of value?

I think it is a fake error. The third print, with district # (4 large 7's), serial # and both seals are printed at the same time. If all of those details were misaligned, I'd consider it a real error. I might be wrong, though, so let's wait for others to respond.

I don't know for sure either.. But I kinda think it might be real.. The third print is about the one area where my knowledge is insufficient lol jk..
