Was the request to not grade if PGCS < ICCS or if not equal?
If specifically not the same grade would also mean you rejected MS-65 or better.

I believe if PCGS crossgrades the coin at equal or better grade they will holder the coin in the slab. If the corresponding box isn't chosen on the submittal form, they won't crack out the coin if it doesn't meet current other TPG grade. Big Fredd cost was about $50 for this exercise in futility, which normally i'd disagree with, but at this point I'm reluctantly agreeing.

Rodime...being canadian I'd love to agree with you on the point of Pcgs downgrading foreign currency, but I've cross graded many coins from ICCS and NGC to PCGS and besides one coin out of 40-50, this hasn't been an issue. There lies the confusion in 4/4 being unable to cross at equal grade. I wish I had the coins back in hand for pics, but they are on there way back from Cali.
