I agree with the grade but no one mentioned the cleaning.
Not harsh but the color is wrong.
Old cleaning?

Might just be the camera's color balance?

I've got it turned in the light to show the details better. It doesn't appear cleaned to me......

I'll try to post a natural light picture tomorrow.

I was actually just going to post this too. A FE in this grade should be an even brown color, although that's not always the case. The color does make it appear that the coin may have been cleaned at some point in time, although not harshly. You can see the dirt/toning in the crevices of the feathers and around the date. I think a daylight pic will help to determine this much better.

The "cleaning" being mentioned here is for good reason; these specific images of the coin tend to make it look that way. However, there are any number of photographic settings which could give the false impression of cleaning, so based on one set of possibly-overlit pics, I'm not going to call it unquestionably cleaned yet.

It's hard to shoot just right color on FE cents.

Here is the same cent with no external lighting. A little out of focus from camera shake, but you get the idea of the color. Didn't look cleaned to me, but more experienced guys might have a better idea.

Now that's more like it - beautiful!
Those babies get pricey in the higher grades.

That picture does make it look much more natural.
