I know it is not in the greatest of shape, but it is a harder date.

EF-40 detail. Unfortunately looks like he may have been harshly cleaned.

I do have to say in hand this doesn't look like it was cleaned harshly ..

I know the way I take pictures, it really brings out every hit a coin has.
