Hello Sebastian , I think it´s a 8 reales from Potosi (Bolivia) but I leave it to the experts for more details.Has you can see on the reverse between the 8R and the REX there is 3 letters on top of each other (PTS) taht stands for POTOSI.The value of it stands between 50 to 80 dollars I guess according to the prices of the current market.
