Hexen is witches raeuber is robber! Hebbel, no idea, hebel is levers, but like I said, local dialect written in old German letters is not a good combination for understanding! My collection is enough to fill a shoe box and virtually every note is in the same condition as yours. I do not know the specific note that you have but my entire collection Iaveraged about 50 cents per note to purchase. That is part of why I fid them fun to collect.
