Why is it marked 1813 in the description and the coin states 1815?

I believe Heritage actually does offer payment plans.. Or at least something like 30 or 90 days no interest?

lol, I still occasionally mess with my buds asking them to buy me a 09 VDB for my upcoming birthday...
