alganbagerap Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 2490 Posts	Posted 04/09/2011 07:17 am British postal rates went up by about 12% on Monday and one heck of a lot more for international postage. I live in a rural area and our postal service can be scrappy. Tuesday I posted a coin to equally rural Pennsylvania. It arrived yesterday! Most times it takes longer from one end of the UK to the other. Report this Post to the Staff

The reason is our Government has been saying there is no increase in the cost of living so why should we change our postal rates. If the postal rates continue to go up everywhere, I wonder if coin dealers will start charging more too. Report this Post to the Staff
