If manage to come up with 20 sets does anyone know if these are eligible for bulk rate pricing pcgs grading? Between myself and a few others I may be able to reach 20 sets...100 coins...minimum quantity for bulk. Thoughts?

You need to call PCGS customer service. 100 pieces is the usual threshold for bulk grading. I would consider what minimum grade to accept as well. Certainly you'd need a MS68PL/MS67DMPL minimum to make it worthwhile.
