as only one picture to go by; i'd 'guess' Mechanical Doubling.ie.doubling after the strike. due to die bounce or chatter or the coin bouncing between the dies .(again after the strike).anything after the coin being struck ; is damage .good eye .happy hunting :-) "To err is human : to forgive is devine"

Machine doubling. The horn isn't doubled, it's half flattened by die chatter. A doubled horn would have two separated tips.
