And collecting "both" mints (P&D) would not be possible "through the banks", as well, I might add.
But yeah, the ATB's are not supposed to be like the State Qtrs. were. Meaning, the banks can't "request" specifically those quarters when they order quarters. They'll just come in mixed rolls.
But you can get the ATB's this way.....by searching those rolls for them. They likely won't have "rolls" of what you want......that's why you have to "search rolls" to find the singles in there.
The Presidents..... yes, most banks can order those for you, and many banks, like mine order them each and every time a new one comes out. I can get whole BU rolls, or just singles. (But only the D mints)
Territories......these will only now be had by searching rolls....they've been out and over with for some time now.
I'd suggest "roll searching" for your quarters..... if you search enough of them, you'll still find Brilliant Uncirculated "conditioned" Qtrs., by doing this......even still the State Qtrs. can be had this way.
(Native Dollars are the toughies IMO)....the direct ship method that the Mint offers still doesn't net you both mints.
So I order the P&D two roll Sets from the Mint each year. It's a hefty premium....but I like them so much that I pay the blood money each and every year.
