Hi all,

I was wondering is a specimen let's say 65 worth more than a mint state 65? My logic would say the mint state would be worth more because it circulated thus making a mint state really rare. Any info would be helpful since I am a rookie when it comes to specimen coins.

Thanks.

In theory yes, almost always. The reality is though that you a chose a year where it's all very rare and these prices will bleed together. When you start talking about ultra rare coins, the predictability diminishes.
