This appears to be a 1999 P DDR, but it doesn't match up with any of the examples on https://www.coppercoins.com

It closely resembles 004, 005, 014 and 017, but the doubling of the 7th column is in a different location. The doubling begins at the top of the statue's head and ends mid-patella.

It doesn't appear to me that any of the die markers match up, but I'm not experienced enough to make a definitive statement.

There are also two die chips. One sits atop the statue's head and the other covers the statue's left (our right) foot and touches the 7th column.

What do you think? Is this a newly discovered die?

In the next image the doubling is outlined in yellow and the die chips are outlined in red.

THis is a minor doubled die.

It would not surprise me at all if it were a yet unlisted one, because there are literally hundreds of different dies from the era.
