mdpmedia Pillar of the Community United States 3546 Posts	Posted 04/11/2011 11:36 pm OK everyone here are some photos taken with a digital camera: not a scanner. Please let me know if your previously-submitted grades will now change with the introduction of these new photos. Also, when I focused on the feathers of the Liberty head on the obverse the lettering on the background seemed to be out of focus. I am unsure if a solution exists to be able to photograph all of the dimensions of a multi-depth coin. Please comment on this issue also. Thanks again Report this Post to the Staff
Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6396 Posts	Posted 04/12/2011 12:15 am Looks like there is a trace of friction on Liberty's cheek, the hair above the face, and the lower edge of the neck. That makes it AU58 IMO. There appear to be fingerprint traces on the obverse and the "fungus" is just toning I think. This is a common date, worth just a bit more than bullion value in this grade.
