I'm cautiously optimistic. Nothing really stands out, understanding these are fairly small images of a worn coin. The date placement and mint mark seem to match a known variety - VAM-4 - and it's only about a $200 coin in that condition. The mint mark is a bit faint, but that might be the photograph.

Worn Morgans take on a slightly different look, as the lettering and stars appear "thicker" as it wears. Like any Carson City Morgan, one approaches with great caution, but this one doesn't have any problems obvious with the available information.

This oldtimer shares SuperDave's optimism on this one. The wear looks consistent for the grade. You might check the weight.

I don't see any issues, but I've seen some Chinese fakes that were only detected by weight.
