Yes, OCTFCU is the former name of schoolsfirstfcu.org
I don't know if they have coin counting machine on all of their branches. If they do, it's free for customer or 8.5% fee for non member (I think).... the machines are being services by Brink (I think), so unless you "flood" the bag and make the bank teller go swab them or somehow you "cause" the machine to malfunction.... I don't think they will mind.

You can check to see how often they service (take out the bag) and plan your dump just after that day to avoid flooding the bag.

Here are their branches:

* Anaheim Branch
* Cerritos Branch
* CSUF Branch
* Cypress Branch
* Downey Branch
* El Camino College Campus Branch
* Fountain Valley Branch
* Garden Grove Branch
* Huntington Beach Branch
* Irvine Branch
* La Habra Branch
* Mission Viejo Branch
* Moreno Beach Branch
* Murrieta Branch
* Newport-Mesa Branch
* Placentia Branch
* Rancho Cucamonga Branch
* Rancho Santa Margarita Branch
* Redlands Branch
* Riverside-University Branch
* San Bernardino Branch
* San Juan Capistrano Branch
* Santa ANA Branch
* Torrance Branch
* UCI Branch
* Victorville Branch
* Walnut Branch
* West Covina Branch
