This appears to look like a 1960D SMD. Its got some die chips in Liberty and date but the 0 seems to be somewhat doubled. I dont really care much for BIE cents but thought this was worth showing. I could be wrong on the SMD though let me know what you think.

The small date 1960's dies were problem children with die chips. Thus the large date replaced them to remove the problem.

I suspect I would have stared at that for hours trying to figure out if it was a large date over small date.
