I paid for an AU. The dealer doesn't specify the numerical grading, just "AU, EF, AU+" etc. So far he seems to be an alright guy, but since I'm restarting my collection from scratch I'm trying to be very careful about the coins I buy and the dealers I buy from. Southern Yankee Pillar of the Community United States 891 Posts	Posted 10/15/2006 08:18 am I'd have to go with ef45. To me it seems like a little to much wear in the hair. It also looks like the only luster that is on the obverse is around the rim. That tells me it has had a little circulation at one time. Hard to tell from the picks. The reverse looks to have a bit to much wear to make AU. Report this Post to the Staff
