http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...:SCO:US:1123is this a good price or too steep? also the photos look a little bright, do you think it is hiding details about the coin? i know it is buy it now but I'm not too worried about someone snatching it. let me know if you think it is a ripoff or good deal.

That price is way too steep! Should be more like 26 dollars. Just my opinion of course...

numismedia alone says that ms60 would cost $40.25. any opinions on what this one would grade?

its really hard to tell because the pictures are really overexposed, but id say its a slider between AU55 and MS-63

It's that postage and handling for $2.99 that makes it way to much.

yeah there is quite a price gap between those grades also. that's why I didnt buy yet. I asked if they had any photos that are not so over exposed. I think it may be hiding the real coin.

Well, the seller listed it as circulated.... Remember, when writing an auction, you have to deliberately make that choice between Circulated and Uncirculated. Neither are automatically chosen. I wouldn't touch this one at $42. The last relevant ebay result was an NGC MS65 that went for less than $50.

whats the difference between one that is 1939 d and one that is 1939d with reverse of 1940? I've seen a few with reverse 1940 and they seem to be a lot cheaper..
does anyone here have one to sell me? :)

There is a "want to buy" topic in the buy, sell, trade section that gets a lot of activity. You should try there.
