Double sided George Washington medal that says inauguration 1789...both sides have his bust...hole poked in the coin... Was being used as a key chain for a set of antique keys ..any idea of how much this could be worth?

The picture is very small and slightly blurry but my best guess is it's a much more modern medallion/token, possibly aluminum. It's like none I've seen that's of post Colonial era. I could not put a value on it. Probably not worth too much.
