Seriously, the fingerprint doesn't affect the technical grade. Technically, this "Small S" is at least a MS-66.

Thanks for the input everyone. This coin was part of a lot of 10 random wheats from the 40s and 50s that I got for a decent price. They are all about the same condition and will all upgrade existing coins in my collection.
