For Canadian coins, trends refers to the price published bi-weekly,by Canadian Coin News,in a section titled "trends".
Do not rely on Charlton's as a price guide
F12 trends at 30cents,VF20 at 75cents
CCN is widely available,if you let us know where you live, perhaps someone can help you find a place to purchase a copy.

I subscribe to CCN... my mistake, I thought the spreadsheet I had was copied from trends but it was from Charlton guide as you said. Honest mistake.

Grading this a VG-8 is a bit on the tough side.I would buy any of your VG for 60% of Trends. This looks more like a VF to me.

Grading is a matter of opinion. You are entitled to yours.I'll be standing in line trying to outbid cdcoinman for your VG key dates.

Any-one who knows grading, you grade Victoria,Edward VII,George V,George VI, and Elizabeth II differently,go take a grading course and open-up your mind.
