Can someone help with this? I'm using a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT EF-S with an 18-55mm lens Kit. The meta data I'm getting in Zoom Browser says I have the camera set for high contrast with color saturation high and and color tone at +2. Yet checking the camera itself, I have all these custom functions set at the default value 0.

Could this possibly be erroneous info provided by Zoom Browser or is the camera actually making those adjustments? If so, can I get them out? I'm still running around trying to get some decent shots on some MS Morgans and I'm thinking these adjustments which are apparently being thrown in might be complicating things more than need be.
