I am by no means an expert on Chinese Empire coinage. I do believe that the size of the coin is going to critical to determine the denomination. So how big is this coin?

Second I do not recognize well enough the province mark and the details on reverse will need to be a whole lot cleared. that said, there may be someone that recognizes this but what is already shown.

My "guess" is that it's a 20 cash from the Province of Chihli (1906).

I don't think value is going to be very exciting.

It's a 10 cash, judging by the Chinese characters at the bottom of the obverse. But I can't see the central spot clearly enough to ID the mintmark inside it.
