After looking in the Strike it rich with pocket change book I was looking at my Eisenhower dollars and found this one that loos like it mite be a peg lag on the R. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Nah... A significant amount of the bottom must be missing so that it doesn't taper out at the bottom. Usually it is even with the Right tip of the "R" or more importantly above it if you drew a straight line. Premium usually doesn't start until then. Good luck in your search.
