Just sharing my latest Anna. Arrived yesterday from HA. NGC MS63 PL. $109 with buyer's premium, shipping & tax. Ouch! But glad to have her.

It's got some nasty hits and scuffs, but I still think that's a good grade on that coin. After all, it's still a business strike, but with a surface that's more susceptible to taking on contact marks. I'm always inclined to grade the PLs more forgivingly, for that reason.

From the pictures this coin doesn't look MS to me, taking into consideration that the New Orleans mint is noted for it's week strike. I still see what looks like light circulation wear and with the dings and scuff marks the best I would give it is AU-58.

I'm seeing AU-58 like echizento said, high points on hair and eagles breast show slight wear, but if it is weak strike, I'd go MS-61 because of distracting noise throughout.

Entirely possible. It looks like she still has most of her luster. That little bit of wear on the eagles breast is what really make it AU.

Looks fine for the grade to me. The mirrored surfaces of Pl and Dmpl Morgans really tend to magnify any hits or marks, and the no mint is infamous for weak strikes.
Nice coin.
