After all, it's still a business strike, but with a surface that's more susceptible to taking on contact marks. I'm always inclined to grade the PLs more forgivingly, for that reason. echizento Moderator United States 23731 Posts	Posted 05/05/2011 1:33 pm From the pictures this coin doesn't look MS to me, taking into consideration that the New Orleans mint is noted for it's week strike. I still see what looks like light circulation wear and with the dings and scuff marks the best I would give it is AU-58. Report this Post to the Staff
