Odd looking coin. Either environmental damage or fake.

It's not too bad looking imo. My guess is a retone over an old cleaning job, with VF details.

A little odd, but might just be because I'm looking at it as suspect. Seller shipping from ANYTOWN, USA?
Not really a big ticket item to fake in that grade though.

Compared to a lot of '21-S Walkers that is high grade. Dang ugly toning though.

Looks authentic at a glance, but I agree the surfaces are not original. Looks like some kind of environmental damage has occurred, leaving a slightly granular surface with some loss of detail. That could of course mean it's a counterfeit of some kind. In any case, I don't think it would slab as a no-problem coin.
It does meet VF grade criteria which means it's valuable enough to counterfeit. Retail value in VF-20 is about $750. I see the seller has ended the auction; presumably he received an acceptable offer. I wonder how much that was?

everything else that is a raised surface on the coin seems shiny the "S" is dull and much different looking then the rest of the coin thats my opinion could be real but definitely looks to have been cleaned
