I've got a decent idea of how this would grade, but given the jumps in value between grades I was wondering what you all thought (when I bought it, it was priced at the minimum grade I think it could be)...

This is a tough one because "LIBERTY" is not complete. That must have been very weakly struck because everything else qualifies as VF-20. However, since "LIBERTY" must be complete to reach that grade, I'd qualify it as F-15. Either way, it's a cool New Orleans coins!
