So I'm a coin guy. Lincoln cents, ATB, 50 states, Pres Dollars etc. I deliver pizza and I see a lot of change and money. Today a guy paid me with 3 Successive serial # series 1995 $2 bills. Completely crisp. No folds or creases or marks of any kind. Are these worth any more than $2 and how did they stay this nice for 16 years?

IF there are fancy SN's, errors then there is a premium.

Fwiw, regular series 1995 and 2003 had a lot of notes printed and carry very little premium if any.
Rest in Peace

They might be worth a slight premium if they are * notes or have unusual serial numbers like 44444444 or 87654321.

Otherwise "pizza will get you through times of no $2 bills better than $2 bills will get you through times of no pizza."

Thanks for the input guys. Nothing special about the serial numbers. I think they're really cool and I'm going to keep them regardless of value. The back of a $2 bill is so beautiful and these are the first I've ever had.

I delivered pizza for 6 years and now deliver Chinese food, so I also check the notes. I like $2 bills and always have some in my pocket. You can usually get them at the bank or credit union.

Spoken like a true collector. I'm not a long time currency collector but this is what an older coin and currency collector told me once.

It's not always about the value of what you can sell them for, a true collector will try to build a collection, yes some notes will be worth more than others but if your trying to build a collection the common coins and notes are just as important as the harder to find ones, if your a true collector it will be about the collecting of them and building a complete collection if possible.

I know that for some it's only about how much is it worth and who or where can it be sold, and I guess that is important if your not building a collection or your a dealer, and if your dealing the only collecting of money you will be doing is collecting the folding kind that you put in your pocket.
